About Bloom
Bloom Tech HK Limited brings software development, product design and digital content together. Our focus is on consumer mobile applications and entertainment experiences, including short-form storytelling.
Our work centres on how people use their phones: the applications they open and the entertainment they choose. We welcome conversations with product teams and content partners working in these areas.
Our focus
Product design
Clear navigation and considered interactions, with the person using the app in mind. We pay attention to the steps between opening an app and reaching the feature or content someone came for.
Software development
Turning product ideas into mobile functionality that is straightforward to use. Screen layouts, interaction behaviour and content structure are considered together as parts of the same experience.
Digital entertainment
Our content focus includes short-form storytelling and mobile viewing. We explore the experience around the story, from finding something to watch to moving through a series.
Watching on a phone often happens in short sessions. Content discovery, episode order and returning to a story are all part of the experience we consider, alongside the viewing interface itself.

We welcome business conversations across mobile products and digital entertainment.
Product teams
Discuss mobile application ideas, product requirements and potential development collaboration. A useful starting point is the intended audience, the problem to solve and the current stage of the product.
Content partners
Discuss short-form stories, mobile viewing formats and opportunities to work together on digital content. We welcome an introduction to the content, its intended audience and the type of collaboration being considered.
